Loyalty......... what ever happened to it?

So I recently read an article in Rolling Stone magazine called " Hell Train" and it was about two soldiers whom we're abandon by both there convoy and, the military itself after they came under attack; again let me remind you this was a U.S Military convoy operating in Iraq. So I was left with the question .....where do people loyalty lay when it really counts?
Simply put, one never knows, until a situation occurs that puts loyalty into question. Being a convicted felon as I am, I've had my fair share of liars and thief claiming  loyalty. Once I had a friend whom I considered my best friend and so I saw a mutual friend of ours steal $50.00 from him behind his back, I told him about it.... Ironically ended up somehow being the bad guy (No good deed goes unpunished) anyways turns out my best friend loyalty landed with the other guy., Which leads me to the observation that, while I'm incarcerated I still have two brothers, a sister, aunts, uncles, and a shit load of cousins... none of which offer to come visit me.....oh! and they all live within the same state with me, in fact, most live only a short drive from my location. My mother (God Bless her) stays in contact by phone because of health reasons., then there is my wife and kids..... my Joys, my rays of sunshine..... between calls from my mother and visits from my wife and kids there's no question of where there loyalty's or mine lay.

I've made peace with the notion of family that just don't give a shit... at least now we all know where the other stands! But my point is, is that we as people should never be disloyal to the ones we claim to love, and like wise we should never turn our backs to the ones who were not there to pull us up, lest they stab us in the back.
When I first came to prison an old ex-con gave me the best advise I've ever had he said " boy, you know nothing, you saw nothing, but observe everything and keep your mouth shut!" He was like a grandfather to me until the day he died of a heart attack... he was old- school, and he had my loyalty and respect because that's what he gave me.

Disloyalty, I know where your at out there; So now that you've picked your spot stay the fuck out of my lane. 2018 here I come!

4Th OF JULY , MY WAY!!!!

Neighbors don't even know these neighbors now a days! ( unless of course you are one of the rich and powerful living behind the walls of your gated community's); those people still live by them either while they tell us ' the people' to live yet another way. I'm a realist yet I remain hopeful for this great country to have it's "people" to wake up!

As for this Election...
you are right, I don't know what Trump will do, but I damn sure do know what Hillary will do and after 8 years of Obama do you really want yet another 4 or more of the same crap??
I've urged my family and friends to pull together and Vote Trump!
Media is bought and paid for!!!

Laws, as we allow polilition and people with power to dictate our way of life, we steadily pull father away from that Beautiful dream our for fathers had so long ago... other country's are beautiful yet they also keep there laws basic in there said constitution or body of laws and in order to go there you must obey there laws and rules...
So why can't America be that way with out being called a bigot, rasist, hateful country?
Hell most, if not all, of these other "worldly nations" that call us hateful have tougher immigration laws then we do! People need to wake up and take a good look around them... we now live in a society that locks all doors and windows before we go to sleep at night, don't have sit down family dinners (nighty).



Well folk's.... the fouth of July; our country's Independence and, still here we are, our own enemy from within... What started out as a beautiful dream has been turned into a joke! Men and Women lead bindly yet powerfully from there private mansions in gated security communities while "we" the common folk struggle as a people...
My family, like most in this country struggle from week to week and day to day just to make ends meet.
I love this country! But until people as a whole nation "wake up!" We will continue in the wrong direction. No matter your faith.. you should know that as an American this country was and is founded using the Basic Laws of land given by God as a principal in our rules and I ask you now... if you haven't pledged your allegiance to this country today, do so now proudly! Do it, to honor the men and women past, present, and future that have and will fight and died for the land that they love! But most of all do it for you, because you still love your country! Show yourself that you haven't forgot what it means to be an American....
Then go out and VOTE TRUMP!

National Prison Strike Campaign Vows to End ‘American Slave System’

Starting Sept. 9, prisoners in the United States will begin a coordinated effort to shut down prisons across the country. They plan to stop working in correctional institutions. Without prisoners doing their jobs, these facilities cannot be run. According to Support Prisoner Resistance, the nationwide prisoner work stoppage will serve as a protest against prison slavery, the school-to-prison pipeline, police terror and post-release controls.
Prisoners organizing the strike are not making demands or requests in the usual sense. They are calling themselves to action in a planned protest and want every prisoner in every state and federal institution across America to “stop being a slave.”
Some people may bristle at the notion that prisoners are slaves, but they are forced to work for little or no pay. The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which abolished slavery, also maintains a legal exception for continued slavery in prisons. It states “neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States.”
Correctional officers watch over every move of prisoners, and if assigned tasks are not performed correctly, prisoners are punished.

The goal of the planned September protest is to shed light on injustices within the American justice system. According to The Sentencing Project:

The United States is the world’s leader in incarceration with 2.2 million people currently in the nation’s prisons or jails—a 500% increase over the past thirty years. These trends have resulted in prison overcrowding and state governments being overwhelmed by the burden of funding a rapidly expanding penal system, despite increasing evidence that large-scale incarceration is not the most effective means of achieving public safety.

Of those 2.2 million prisoners, the racial disparity is glaring. The Sentencing Project reports that “more than 60 percent are racial and ethnic minorities. For Black males in their thirties, 1 in every 10 is in prison or jail on any given day. These trends have been intensified by the disproportionate impact of the ‘war on drugs,’ in which two-thirds of all persons in prison for drug offenses are people of color.”
Organizers for the national prison strike say the coordinated campaign is a way to stand up to mass criminalization and the injustices that perpetuate mass incarceration. They hope the coordinated show of resistance will force authorities to rethink their policies.
According to Support Prisoner Resistance:

Nonviolent protests, work stoppages, hunger strikes and other refusals to participate in prison routines and needs have increased in recent years. The 2010 Georgia prison strike, the massive rolling California hunger strikes and the Free Alabama Movement’s 2014 work stoppage have gathered the most attention, but they are far from the only demonstrations of prisoner power. Large, sometimes effective hunger strikes have broken out at Ohio State Penitentiary, at Menard Correctional in Illinois, at Red Onion in Virginia as well as many other prisons. The growing resistance movement is diverse and interconnected, including immigrant detention centers, women’s prisons and juvenile facilities. Last fall, women prisoners at Yuba County Jail in California joined a hunger strike initiated by women held in immigrant detention centers in California, Colorado and Texas.

The organizers for this national prison strike campaign chose the start date for symbolic reasons. On Sept. 9, 1971, prisoners shut down and took over Attica, New York’s most notorious prison. A total of 43 people were killed in the Attica prison riots—one of the darkest chapters in American penal history.
Forty-five years after Attica, 21st-century prison strike organizers want change to return to America’s prisons in a nonviolent way. This September, prisoners across the country hope to coordinate their protests and build them into a single tidal shift that the American prison system cannot ignore.

Well another year gone by... another year wiser.

I'm a prime 42 today, I'm stronger still have all my fingers and my health. Things are looking up in that respect.

Well it's that time again folks! Now I know it's been awhile since you've heard from me and odds are, your still in a better situation than I am; seeing as I'm still in the clink and your out there in the free world...
I recently read an article in the Wall Street Journal that was very interesting... however what I found even more enjoyable was a " Letter to the Editor"; about that article... and this letter was printed in the Wall Street Journal 5/4/2016 here in this letter by an Obvious True American!!!
It made me Proud; lets see what you think:

At any rate I just want my country to be good again, I miss them values and the standards we had back them... Yes I'm a convicted felon... but I've never expected a hand out in my life... Have times changed? Yes, but that doesn't mean we have to give up our core values... it's wrong!

Dead Wrong!! to expose kids to homosexuality and tell them it's okay... Yet when I see Pictures or News or just a T.V. Show... there it is! Being pushed like a street corner drug by these T.V. Stations to our kids and that is Influence!  Bad Influence.

Look if a bad parent beats his kid or molest him or her that's a bad influence on that child, So your telling me a guy couple raising a child won't affect that child?

Lets be honest here.... you don't computerize your core values for the soke of appeasement yet that's what's going on! Chew on that big fat tire for awhile!!!

So for now I'll let go and end this rant...

19 plus years in the chain gang and counting... getting close to being free...

and yet, I will always recall wise words from an old convict long ago...

" Boy, a real convict only does two things in the chain gang, his first and last".

And dammed if he ain't right how easy at times it is to forget all the terrible shit in between.

To: Someone Special....You!

Valentine's Day...........
A day when we are supposed to show that special someone just how  much they mean to you...

 

To some, it maybe a girlfriend or wife....to others, it may be a mother or father. ..

But, truly the best part of all is it gives you an extra day to tell your special someone how much you love them... out in the world we have the ability to buy gift's and make things an event to be remember....
Sadly; behind prison walls and gates, we rarely have that ability...and in one way, I guess it's better; because it's pure; untainted from the materialistic world that actually surrounds us.




See... a convict only have his words... and so, he lives and dies by them... So it is when he tells his or her loved ones how he feels about them,
It's always from the very seat of their soul, the depth of which only a true love could know... a loving partner, or parent will and can understand exactly what I'm saying, when I say this,... 
'gifts aren't everything"...




Speaking with love and how special they are to you and, how much you love them...
Today, tomorrow, and always... not just on Valentines Day...for if someones special to you; hopefully it's not just for one day!!!!

Crazy Rant !

So.... as I walked the yard with a friend of mine yesterday... our discussion turned to politics's and the future of our country but; as we spoke we also watched some of the youth whom are incarcerated here and with a great depression came to realize we are watching history both repeat itself and fall for the same tricks and gimmicks we were supposed to learn our lessons from... Rome! Anyone out there remembers there history lesson? When a great society imploded on itself due to bad politics what did they do? They created " The Game". No different than today, our teens are sociopaths gone unchecked, our news is screened and directed toward... well, who the hell knows what direction but it sure in hell ain't what's actually going on in our society...

Sure we have crime... but the bigger crime is what's taking place on humanity... people are being taught, desensitized; to homosexuality, t.v. government ran; constantly report on white on black issues that were never really a white on black issue to begin with... let me give you an example, some time ago a black male car jacked a car from a woman, police gave chase and upon the police closing in, jumped out of the car running with something black and shining waving in his hand, and there by shot and killed by police...Now let me tell you how government media reported the story: "Black Man Shot By Police!" fact is... the report should have went like this: Car Jacker Shot By Police In Chase... that would have been factual, true to what occurred and professional on behalf of a reporter, but that's not how it was presented to the people... instead it was presented; purposely as a race shooting to antagonize the pubic and cause strife between Blacks and Whites this is obvious to me...

 The Rebel Flag is another example; does anyone out there know there history for crying out loud!!! the racial issues of Slavery  that were bound with that Civil War were more of a by product of the war than way the war was fought! Yes, I know there are racist people out there like the K.K.K.- whom where it as a patch on there sheets but; what that flag truly represents Military Hero's that fought and died in that war... you want to have a discussion on racism; try coming and living in prison for awhile where every single sentence from a black man has the word cracker in it... these young black man are being and have be taught to hate and destroy the white man... that said, I'm a Jew and know full well the history of my ancestors... slavery is rattled through out our history... but guess what... we moved on... We didn't asked for a hand out, The Indians... shit; they've moved on in fact every single race has been enslaved at one point or another... but they all moved forward and became something bigger than there past where in government is feeding the idea that the Black Man is still owed more... bullshit!!!

All our athletes... most are black now and very successful ( more power to them!) and we even have a Black President... mankind isn't living in the past - blacks are; because there being taught to like this way... we need change... and Trump is a man to make things happen.
